ITINERARY
Every adventure is designed around your unique interests. Below is a sample itinerary from a past journey—fill out the form below to start planning your own unforgettable experience.
FRIDAY
Welcome Beach BBQ Dinner
Guests will be picked up at 6:00 PM and transported to our secret beach location. As the sun sets, we’ll wrap up the experience, and guests will be escorted back to their hotel.
SATURDAY
Forage + Fish + Feast by Sea
Guest pick-up at 8:00 AM, followed by a scenic journey to our fishing destination. Guests will set out on two boats, each offering the opportunity to crab and prawn.
We’ll reunite at a floating home deep in a remote inlet, where you can unwind in the sauna, swim in warm waters, explore by canoe, or simply relax.
Your fresh catch will be expertly prepared on-site and served either passed or stationed for an unforgettable meal. Guests will be dropped off at their accommodations between 2:00 and 3:00 PM.
SUNDAY
Forage + Feast by Land
The day begins at 8:00 AM with an immersive wild mushroom and seaweed harvesting experience at multiple pristine sites. Sixty Forty provides transportation for up to 8 guests, ensuring a seamless and comfortable journey.
Enjoy a freshly prepared lunch in the field, surrounded by nature’s beauty. We will return to town by 1:30 PM for a break before the evening’s culinary experience.
At 7:00 PM, a carefully curated private dining experience awaits, lasting approximately three hours. Guests are welcome to bring their own libations, and we are delighted to offer expert pairing suggestions to complement the meal.
